Snow Removal

Snow Removal Services: Looks like snow may finally be heading our way! Snow removal services are started after the storm has passed and if there is 2+ inches accumulation of snow on the sidewalks. Eagle Brook Meadows Metro District clears common area sidewalks and trails. Owners are responsible for clearing snow from the sidewalk in front of and adjacent to the home. The Town of Loveland clears snow on the public roads. Please remember the inherent risks associated with winter weather in Colorado. Exercise caution when walking outside during icy or snowy conditions.
