REMINDER: Architectural Review & Approval

Hello, Welcome to Eagle Brook Meadows Metro District! 

As the District grows, we continue to see new construction and development.  Please keep in mind the process in place for making improvements and initial landscape to your lot.  Be sure to visit the District website, https://www.eaglebrookmeadowsmd.live and click on the Community tab, then Architectural Review. Here you will find the Architectural Review Request Form and complete guidelines.  Should you choose not to submit an Architectural Review Request Form prior to installing or making improvements, the ARC can require you to change what has been installed and you could be subject to a violation.

“Approval of Improvements Required. Prior to the commencement of construction or installation of any Improvement and work related thereto on a Lot, the Owner proposing to make such Improvement (the "Applicant") shall submit to the ARC at its offices or at such place as it may designate for such purpose such descriptions, sketches, surveys, plot plans, drainage plans, elevation drawings, construction plans, specifications and samples of materials and colors as the ARC reasonably shall request showing the nature, kind, shape, height, width, color, materials and location of the proposed Improvement, as further provided in the Design Guidelines and any rules of the ARC governing the submission of plans for approval. All plans and specifications submitted to the ARC shall be drawn to scale and include such detail necessary for the ARC to make an inforn1ed review of such plans and specifications. “
